Bassist / Vocalist looking for progressive rock/jazz musicians in the Ann Arbor area who want to work up some fun and creative material, play out and record. Currently actively seeking a well-rounded guitarist and/or keyboardist comfortable with progressive and classic rock, with a dash of jazz and funk. Open to other instruments as well. Intent of this project is to create musical spaces to really stretch out, take some risks and get highly creative. We'll probably start with (modified) covers and move towards original music as the group starts to gel. Covers might range from classic well-known bands like The Doors, Police, Queen or Rush, to The Meters, John Scofield, Bill Withers, to Weather Report ... you get the idea. Backing vocals are always a plus. Our first gig date is already booked for July if we can get it together by then. No drugs or drama please, just real people and focus on klller music.
