CRUSHING LEAD GUITAR PLAYER WANTED
Detroit music award winner’s 60 SECOND CRUSH is looking for the next great lead guitar player to make changes to our band. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Must be professional.
2. Must have pro gear.
3. Must have reliable transportation.
4. Must be available to travel with ample notice.
5. Must be willing to learn our original music and be able to write new songs for an upcoming new cd.
60 Second Crush is a high profile, high energy, original hard rock band. Therefore, we are looking for an aggressive outgoing guitarist. The Crush has done two European tours, as well as tours across the US playing famous clubs such as CBGB’s in NY, NY and the Viper room in L.A. Additionally, our music is featured on several TV. shows, as backing tracks, including: TV’s Road Rules, Vh-1 Behind the Music, Gene Simon’s Family Jewel’s, as well as shows on True TV., Spike TV., A&E, Discovery channel and more. We are only seeking serious candidates for the band.
Preliminary auditions will be held at a public location (most likely a bar or music store) and will be announced shortly. Candidates will be required to play 2-3 original 60 Second Crush songs to a backing track. These songs are off our cd “Street Corner of Fear,” and can be found on our page. ./60secondcrush The songs to be learned are: Numb, Weekend Junkie, and Dirt. Additional auditions will be held with the band in a live practice situation.
