My name is Adam, I'm 24 y/o and I'm from Gothenburg, Sweden. I'm a singer/songwriter, been playing guitar for 10 years but I feel like I'm getting nowhere. Simply because I'm not even trying to get anywhere really.
I've had a few gigs, but I don't really appreciate it, and I've kind of come to the conclusion that I would probably need a band to fully enjoy being on stage, to share the experience.
I listen to a lot of different band, I guess as with everyone, it's depending on the mood but my favorites are:
Tool
Palma Violets
The Vaccines, Faith No More, The Porcupine Tree, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Arctic Monkeys, Rammstein.
Morrissey(the Smiths) - are probably my greatest source of inspiration for my own depressive singer/songwriter-stuff, and not necessarily the type of music I want to be playing in a band.
If I could choose, I would sing Faith No More-style, my voice is quite baritone and I think I can pull off some Mike Patton stuff and Faith No More is just so heavy and well thought through at the same time. Maybe a really weird mix between Faith No More, Red Hot and Arctic Monkeys how good would that be.. If you don't know the band, check out The Porcupine Tree too! Amazing musicians!

EQUIPMENT
Since I'm traveling I only own an acoustic nylon guitar at the moment but that's an easy fix.
