I am a producer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist living near downtown Pittsburgh. I am also a singer-songwriter, with many songs in the genre yet way off the beaten path in terms of what is typically described as 'singer-songwriter'.
My dream people are fun, mature, skilled, and can take gentle criticism and will use it to work (play) harder.
My dream musician roles would be that everyone is willing to sing and play some percussion, and other than that, you must have very good ears and musical sense above all else. Lack of skill is always made up for by musical sense.
