Mid 30s Drummer with two decades of experience is seeking an established group for steady gigs/recording/writing. I've been playing with Fusion/Funk, Classic Rock, Jazz, Blues, Jam & Original bands in and around Tucson for 6 years. I'm Looking to get away from cover material (only) and back into contributing to original material. I'm not into Country, Metal, or most Alternative stuff.

I love working with people in a group setting, with a positive organized, and goal oriented group of folks that have and appreciate musicality, dynamics, motivation, imagination, and have self awareness without ridiculous egos. I love playing / making music...and have a great time doing it, but at the same time, not afraid of the hard work, focus and preparation that is required to make great, tight, interesting and polished music that sits in the pocket and grooves.

I can also sing and harmonize well if needed, as well as know my way around live sound and recording equipment. I have a practice / recording room at home that can accommodate 4 to 5 people comfortably if needed. I am available for practicing /gigs nights and weekends.
