THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS:
I find myself again looking for a project. So here is what I am looking for
a current project or a close to playing out project seeking a bass player with limited vocal ability.
Play music that will be able to provide decent gigging possibilities. I do not want to practice and not play out.
in the same thought I do like to practice to be tight as a band. Male or female singer or both is fine.
My standard musical choices are 80's, 90's. I was also thinking that an 80s hair metal cover band would do well in
the market just a thought. The type of music that I lean toward would require a keyboard player. I am not really
into using tracks but I guess if the argument was right I could be swayed.
Ok now my thought on gigs: I do not expect to make crazy money playing gigs or do I plan to pay my bills with gig
money but I also do not want to play for free. I do not want to play for the door or some establishment that does not want to be fair with the talent. I will post and invite on fb and friends in general to put people at that gig but the bar can't expect the band to fill there place either. that all said I want my 90-100 for the gig. I also realize a couple of free gigs might have to happen if the project is new. I know this is a lot but I don't want to keep bouncing to projects that do not understand the basic concept I am discussing,
