I'm Brandon. I play bass guitar poorly. I'm a jive, cocky, and modest man full of hypocrisy. I am a pretty competant wordsmith, and I type everything with a thesaurus at hand.

I started playing bass again after an 8 year hiatus. I tried my hand at stand up comedy, and failed. Now I'm working a sh*tty retail job 50 hours a week. I was hit by some filthy health issue, and decided I wanted to go back to something that always kept my attention and went out to purchase new equipment.

I listen to much more obviously, but not ever band I listen to is an influence. Alot of people just list every band on their ipod and state that it's an influence, which I think is ridiciulous. If I listed every band on my ipod my influence list would include Yanni, and Bryan Adams.

Basically my starter gear I picked up when I decided I wanted to play music again. But the time is coming for me to upgrade again. Planning on snagging some effect pedals, a new cabinet, and perhaps a Schecter bass for live shows.
