Bottom line I am not looking for a band that is making their living from playing music. I would love that, but those dreams have faded for a career in business with a hobby of playing in a band. I have professional gear and attitudes, or no attitudes I should say, but I just want to play to have fun. Not interested in recording much, or serious interpretation, or mimicking the artist off the album, I just want to play music that is fun to play, with musicians that want to have fun. Get paid? Hell yeah! If we do cover tunes there is money in them there hills, but do I need a big paycheck? Nope.

Prefered Act:
Membership with established, working cover act performing pop/rock, alternative, top-40, classic rock, or some new country etc. You know, the fun stuff. Not looking for Speed Metal, Heavy Metal, Twangy Country, or the darker arts, not looking for country unless it is only peppered into a classic rock band. I just want to play music that people want to dance to from the 60s 70s 80s 90s and today! Like the radio says! If you get the women at the bar up dancing, then the men will be buying them drinks, and the bar tenders will be hauling in the cash, and the owners/managers will book you again and again for more money. I just want to have fun. There is lots of money to be made if you want to make it, but you have to put a good product together first.

I want to get them off their feet, shakin their tails, and partying like it is 1999 or when ever is cool now!

44 years old, over 20 years experience on stage playing drums
Professionally-instructed
Prefer rock, 80s rock (what was originally heavy metal), hard rock, top 40, classic rock Have entertained crowds from 1 - 5,000 Professional, courteous, disciplined, fast learner, and with unbeatable stage presence, I like to have a good time.
I don't smoke, use drugs, or have an attitude and I rarely drink and almost never to excess unless in the privacy of my own home or with a designated driver.....
