Alex Hall

Bass Guitar, Background Singer, Drums, Keyboard, Piano, Rhythm Guitar, Vocalist.

My background is primarily with jambands, and I'm looking to form my "dream" band--a solo act. (I'm on the progressive end of the Jamband scene.) Guitar is my main instrument, and, having been out of the game for a while (having moved from Cincinnati to Northwest Arkansas and now to Stow), I'd like to find some people who like my original material and would be up for rounding out the band in which to perform it. While this will be a solo act, there will be room for everyone to showcase their individual strengths--I'm imagining a section of the stage show where I'll go off stage and let the band jam around a bit. No one will be merely comping chords, this will be a satisfying project for all involved, provided you like the material. I have lots of experience and am eager to get back to the stage (my claim to fame is being in Cincinnati's Four Ohms, which was once listed as a Relix magazine "Band on the Verge"). I'm very organized and dependable--but not a stiff. Drop me a line: acohall26[at][dot]com.
