I had a recording deal in the 80's and was close to breaking it.
I can play straight up jazz standards, classic rock, blues, funk, country (I can play some banjo). I recenlt began focusing on acoustic fingerstyle and studied with Jorma Kaukonen of Hot Tuna.
I would like to join.an existing working cover band that is willing to do at least a couple of original tunes, and is into recording and shopping originals.

If you've got it going, are serious about making it, and have real talent, please contact me. I have over 5 cd's of original material recorded with various groups and in various styles ranging from arena rock to jam band to latin influenced (ala Santana) to power pop to adult contemporary. I am open to writing and collaborating with others.

Influences:

multiple...classic rock, jazz, funk, blues, country, some progressive, acoustic. Play a little mouth harp, dobro and banjo.
