About

STIMPLE was formed originally in 2000 by ROG (drums) and ALEX (guitar) after a furious night of drinking beer and shooting much sh*t. The band started off as a collaboration of eclectic styles, sounds and influences, which can still be heard in their songwriting. Electing to go a with a heavier and harder sound, the band has since gone through many line-up changes. To achieve this, GIBBZ (guitar) was added to the line-up to create a more diverse sound and DAVE (bass). The restructuring process is continues as STIMPLE is looking for a singer/screamer complete the line-up.

Influences

We try to sound like ourselves but your influences usually creep up here and there. Anything with a drop-tune really or anything with that feeling of jumping in a pit.
