Am just trying to keep it real and do what I love, try to put a new face to hip-hop and see if people can love my music like i do.
You know the feeling when you love something so much and you just have to go after it and if you don't you feel like your whole life is over and you can't move any more. And even after you go after it, you go after it some more, just because your life means nothing without it.
Thats how i feel about my music and thats how am gonna keep feeling even after all the words I keep hearing about it being a waste of my time, and that I will never get anywhere living in Nebraska, I feel like people underestimate you sometimes when they see something that they don't understand or can't relate to they start feeling negative feelings about you.
You know i was once told that life is only today never tomorrow because once you wake up it's today, so you never really get a tomorrow, and all that matters at that moment is how you spend today, so it's like all these words that I have to deal with today really don't mean anything until they turn to actions and even then they can only hurt me when if i let them......you know the funny thing about that is i never really understood what he meant by telling me there's only today never tomorrow, I mean i kind of got what he was trying to tell me but never really got it through my head until recently in the time i've had to sit and think through what I need for today.
My life is today so I have to live it for the moment not for tomorrow because if I was to take that second of my day to let those words into me then my music, my world, my life would be over.
So no matter what i'll still love my music because there's nothing in this world that can give me the feeling I get when am putting these words from my head to a beat and telling a story just to listen to my voice and know that there are people out there who can relate or even just to know that someone out there is for that moment listening to my words...for that feeling I wouldn't trade anything in this world for because that's my little place in heaven not many people get to see.
The only way to get to heaven is to put your soul in what you love and am so in love with this game am married till death do us part..even after that am sure if there is an after life that am still going to be doing my music just for the moments that I can feel alive i again.......
