Asylum Started in 2002. I (Izick) got my first bass. I then started going to work and founded Asylum. And started off with my first album, The Depression . Named after my mood at that time. I then overcame my depression in a month or so. And found myself tangled in various stories of boyfriends and girlfriends and was fed up with hearing all the bullsh*t that I was hearing from socialists and the government. So I made the album LovetaH (love hate). Which had dual meanings to it. Wrapped in political issues, I created one of the most political albums i have ever made. It was Called Tragedy. Released in 2005, It totally bashed George Bush and Religion all together. Soon after making that album I was more focused on getting the main feeling in myself out other than make political records. I then conjured up a new album that would symbolize how i felt and how much I hated and how much I loved and everything in between. It was called Conversion 9.0.2.1.0, one of my most important albums. It was a turning point for how i wrote lyrics and made music. The next album was focused on one of my ex- girlfriends. It was a album mainly to vent all my anger and frustration. It`s called Exigency Abused by Vile Deletorious Malignant. I major vent for every last bit of anger, hatred, frustration, and pain I went through. I then got over the anger and made a album that I wanted to make a point and also make me remember good times. It was called Memory Revolution. I made it take a toll on my anger against conforming and being something your not and cutting your wrists while also making it about past good memories. I thought of the album called Neglect V.1 named after all this bullsh*t that has gone on with me and my social life and just a recollection of all the hell i`ve been through. Mind you that every thing before this one sentence was made by me and me alone. This Is where Vinny and I Started. Vinny and I practiced maybe 4 times and then things started turning weird. Vinny was treating me very differently since his girlfriend`s recent return. On June 6th 2006, I knew that some sort of change had to be made. I had 2 musicians lined up and I was thinking of creating a sub-group with them. But as soon as I decided Vinny was out. I brought Ricky into my world .And we started working on Neglect V.1
