Hi, my name is Ashley. I'm 22 years old. I'm from Jacksonville but have been living in Tallahassee for the past four years pursuing a bachelors degree in communications. Without sharing too much- I thought academia was for me but as it turned out, it just wasn't. I'm a creative person, and music is an obsession of mine. Without sounding too cliche- I'm looking to start a new chapter in my life and am interested in pursuing music. I have sang ever since I can remember, but picked up the acoustic guitar at age 15 and decided to teach myself. I've been hooked ever since and have participated in various talent shows and competitions. I'm looking to find a band and/or a partner who can help me grow and broaden my musical horizons. Up to this point I have mainly performed covers, but I also write originals.

Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, The Arctic Monkeys, Ed Sheeran, Blink-182, Taylor Swift (I know, I know, but as a female in her 20's se has been very empowering and I would be remiss not to mention her..) Mumford and Suns, Alt-J, Kings of Leon, The 1975, The Strokes, Jack White (both solo, with the white stripes as well as other endeavors- basically I just love him), The Black Keys, but if I'm being honest I truly listen to everything.
