About
Female Heavy Metal/Hard Rock bassist with ability, great attitude, experience and stage presence seeks serious band and/or musicians to play all-original music. I've played with 'Sulfuric Angel' & 'Secrets Of Lost Empires' here in Phoenix and plenty of other bands in other cities as well. I've played many shows and have some recording experience. Find me on F-a-c-e-b-o-o-k or call me 6-0-2*3-2-7*9-9-0-8 --Alexandra Luciak.
Influences
Geezer Butler (Black Sabbath), Steve Harris (Iron Maiden), and Justin Chancellor (Tool) for bass influences...
Old School Metal, Progressive Metal, Neo-Classical Heavy Metal, and most really good, guitar-oriented heavy music. Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Megadeth, Alice In Chains, Pantera, Tool, Mastodon, Nevermore, and tons of other modern metal as well... for bands. Even though I love playing Metal, I also like Latin Acoustic, New Age, Experimental, Industrial/Electronic, Classical, Jazz Fusion and 70's Funk and try to take influences from as many places as I can to incorporate then into my very own style.
I also know quite a bit about music theory, etc.
Equipment List
My main instrument right now is an ESP 5-string bass through a Line-6 XT-Live Bass Pod into a Gallien-Krueger Backline 600 head and Gallien-Krueger cabinet with 4-10" celestians but I have an ESP 4-string and a Grand 4-string acoustic that I love as well.
