ABOUT ME:
My name is Andre
I have played lead guitar in nightclubs since 17 (yeah, they let me in!) in the Bay Area. I'm a very talented ( I think so..LOL)
Bass player,
Lead singer if needed,
Backup singer (high backups my specialty)
*I have a great ear, and learn songs quickly and correctly, while adding a well placed unique touch. I read a little (chords, not notes) and easily create original music, but find lyrics challenging.
*I have had the talent to be a touring professional since 18 or so, and am hoping the internet can connect me with talented, inspired players. No dead end projects please: (together for 3 yrs, never played a gig). While it's fun to play, and practice, my motivation is to play to as many as possible, as often as possible.

Influences
Don't want to sell myself short by mentioning bands YOU may not like. I am drawn towards rock or metal that is interesting, catchy, has a good hook, and strong STANDOUT, TALENTED performances. But if you must know, some musicians who have shaped me have been Tom Johnston and Ace Frehley (my first guitar heroes). And bands such as Rush, Pat Travers, Heart, Robin Trower, KISS, Pablo Cruise, Peter Frampton, Bad Co., U.F.O., Judas Priest, and of course The Beatles!
