Been playing Bass since I was 14 I am now 39, started off in a speed metal band, played in a blues band for a little bit, then jammed around for a while. Was a music major, then joined the Navy as a cook. Been playing off and on for the past 10 years (more off then on really). Recently picked up a new bass and have come to the realization that music is something I was meant to do, and am looking to jam/record/play. Not looking for a serious band right now as I have 5yrs to go in the Navy. Just want to get back in the world of jamming and making music for the love of it. Contact me at beerninjaxiii

Influences
Iron Maiden, Slayer, Cliff's Metallica, Black Sabbath, SRV, Pink Floyd, Phish, Lynard Skynard, to name a few. They are wide and varied to the extreme, I try to play everything at least a little bit.
EQUIPMENT
a G&L L-2500 Five String, a 16 yr old Carvin 5 string that is OOC, and a Carvin PRO-BASS 300 that is on it's last leg but still puts out a decent tone. Plans are in the works to upgrade the amp and fix the Carvin, also to piece together a home studio.
