My name is Ben and I am a musical creature. I have been playing in various projects in Austin, Dallas, and Seattle for many years and I am building a project from the ground up here in Seattle. I am a songwriter, producer (with an actual recording studio in Pioneer Square), and multi-instrumentalist. I am looking for a guitarist and keyboard player....or combinations thereof.

I plan to put together a project that will simply kill it. I am not about being in a band with image obsessed hipsters. The need to be cool / anti-cool only serves to inhibit creativity. We will build this project with artists who know their sh*t and have a passion to create free of genre/subject matter restrictions. I don't care how old you are or what kind of music you dig so long as you possess the following qualities:
1.) have the time/energy/desire to write, rehearse, record, and play live
2.) are not a drunk/junkie (or you are at minimum a fully functional variant)
3.) have a job or other means of income
4.) have transportation
5.) own an instrument
6.) can play that instrument really well

I want to play with folks who have their lives figured out so that the band can concentrate on creating and having fun. My influences are all over the place so I won't bother with a list. If this sounds like your cup'o tea then give me a shout. I look forward to hearing from you.
