Established singer looking for hip young(ish) thing with considerable talent to play trad. blues/1940's jazz/cabaret/roadhouse still-swillin' country with. I have stage experience, and I can sing everything from Etta James to Amy Winehouse. I also have a passel of original songs, with more arriving every day. Played in Devil Baby Freakshow, looking to do raucous acoustic tunes your grandaddy might have liked.

Just me so far. I need a good guitarist who's comfortable with playing by ear, and taking direction (though not sh*t) from a girl. Preferably I'd like someone who's a bit of a hipster style-wise, no younger than 31, and no older than 42. (I'm 39, and I find it helps to have the same cultural cues when writing music together.)
EQUIPMENT
I have a mike and an amp that isn't a vocal amp. It works for small acousitc gigs, which is where we'll be playing until we get used to playing together.
