ABOUT

Sometime back during that terrible period of life known as Middle School, two young idiots had a conversation. It went something like this:
"Dude I am totally taking up guitar, can you play bass?"
"No but I can learn."
"Awesome, we should form a band or something."
"Yeah that would be cool."

And so it began. Formed out of the boredom that is their home town of Colorado Springs, driven by an urge to fill your ears with loud noises, fed by a steady diet of generic soda and corn chips, aspired by the dream of being able to pay the rent, it is non other than Better Than Tim.

Currently we are looking for a good drummer to bring out band back to gig ready status. We need someone who is devoted to music (as in you want to do music professionally), able to practice at least two times a week (or more if we need it), and can play up to 200 BPM (some of our songs require it). We want to be gig ready before the end of September. Current members are aged 20 through 25 and are Guitar/Vocals, Bass, and Trombone. We are generally looking for someone 18-30 ages wise but we are open to older or younger musicians. Check out our demo stuff at ./betterthantim .

Hope to Jam with ya soon!
