We’re looking to add a 3rd member to replace one of our brothers who retired from his real job and is playing music full time now. He sang lead and harmony and played acoustic rhythm and is a song writer. We practice on Wednesdays at night most of the time for 2-3-4 hours. We love puns and cutting up on stage. I play a Line 6- 700 acoustic series and use a Martin 1971 D-28 for recording and sitting on the front porch. We are looking for a versatile player who can play harmonica, mandolin acoustic/electric guitar and sings lead and/or harmony and writes (sounds like a tough order to fill!). On stage we’ll perform anything from Asleep At The Wheel to the Rolling Stones to some originals (listen to Buying a Heartache..Buffalo Squeeze 1981!). Rodney Crowell, Bruce Cockburn, Paul Thorn are some of our recent favorites. Although not gigging in last several months we want to pursue getting back out to 1 niters, parties, clubs, etc. Would like to last as long as everybody’s on board and make some great music and have some fun! I have my own business and my brother works during the day.
