Played "back in the day" over 25 years ago - Gave it up for college, job, house, kids, life, etc.
Recently picked it up again by playing in a work christmas party band - enjoyed that and would like to do more
Developing/re-developing my skills ... ready beginning 2013
Have real job as engineering manager plus daily grind responsibilities
Appreciate bandmates with similar real job and daily grind responsibilities - no drugs, some beer, lots of diet pepsi, no "I want to be a rock star" attitudes
I want to learn and have fun and am committed to excellence
Can do band practice once per week and gig once per month more or less
Passionate about The Beatles, classic/southern rock, etc. but appreciate variety and breadth - throw in a disco, Backstreet Boys (e.g., "I Want It That Way"), movie soundtrack (e.g., Grease - "You're The One That I Want"), or Sinatra song and that's OK - it's all about the song
