BLAD TALENT Agency & BA Associate VENDORS will plan and host the 2013 MID-West Youth Entertainment & Arts festival
Cincinnati’ Ohio’s Mario’s Customs Limousine Company will sponsor a FREE Limousine ride giveaway to benefit The BLAD Agency Youth Organization. The BLAD Agency promotes youth safety awareness to youth individuals who are at risk or have experience Gun Violence.
BLAD will offer free memberships, opportunities to showcase talents, youth business entrepreneurships programs in starting your own business, Youth diabetes testing, free back to school supplies, education for uninsured and underinsured individuals and more…. This event will target a diverse ethnic group of Youth professionals, ranging in age from 10 to 23.
This Festival will be great Family entertainment. Bring your Family to picnic all day to both 2 Day Events. The Mid-West YOUTH Entertainment & Art Festival will be held on Saturday, August 24 & August 25, 2013 at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds, Cincinnati, Ohio

This YOUTH Festival event package allows us to extend a great artist, dance and or organizational sponsorship opportunity for you to reach a large group of local consumers while supporting a worthy cause! Showcasing Local & Regional talent through this charitable event is a new partnering opportunity for area recording artist, dance teams that want to perform with recording, band artists to earn great monies to book themselves with various businesses and corporations. It provides an avenue for artist during uncertain economic situations whereas recording, dancers, and choirs’ artists local, regional and some national face struggles in survival and being consistent. It also allows you to favorably inform a group of potential consumers about your musical products and/or booking performance services. As an entertainer, your logo and company information can be included in your performance act.

All performance acts will be granted one 30 minute concert performance
• Bands $ 150.00
Includes Sound check day of performance, VIP Back Stage Passes for performers only & 1(ONE) Mgmt. Personnel at the time of your performance & Access to back line instruments

• SINGLE/ Group Performing Act w/ Band $175.00
Includes Sound check day of performance, VIP Back Stage Passes for performers only & 1(ONE) Mgmt. Personnel at the time of your performance & Access to back line instruments

• Dance Act Performing w/ Band $175.00
• Dance Act Performing w/o Band $75.00
• SINGLE Act Performing w/o Band $75.00
• GROUP Act Performing w/o Band $75.00
• Various Acts such as Poets, Comedians, magicians, etc. … Performing w/o Band $75.00

• All performing entertainment acts must be registered and performance showcase fees must be paid in full to showcase on live stage no later than June 01, 2013.
Deadline registration must permit for program entertainment registration purposes. Entertainer’s Performances VIP Back Stage Passes for performers.
PLEASE Note: Only 1 (ONE) Mgmt. Personnel at the time of your performance can be granted 1 VIP Back Stage Pass. Police Security will enforce this policy!
