I'm the primary songwriter/rhythm guitarists for an alternative rock/pop/indie band, who have nearly an album's worth of songs fleshed out. We also have a bassist and drummer. We are looking for a committed lead guitarist who is capable of singing backup. Our music is very melodic, so we're looking for a lead guitarist who has interests other than shredding. We're looking specifically for somebody who is willing to pass the rhythm part back and forth with me, and take the lead when needed. If you can improvise well, that would be ideal. Our ages range from early-mid twenties to early thirties so that's who we're looking for.
Alternatively we are also looking out for anyone who may have a moog and be into adding that to our sound.
We are taking this very seriously and going to go as far as we can take this project. We want to start playing live and record an EP/demo album asap. Shooting for the stars here, join us.
