Wanna get better? I do! I love blues based rock guitar - look at my influences! I am 52 years young, have been playing around with music for 30 years - just got more serious in the last few. Don't read music, learn strictly by ear (very accurately), tab and other people. My main goal is to get comfortable playing/improvising in front of people and the best way to do that is to 'Just Do It'. Allman Brothers Band, Carlos Santana, Eric Clapton, David Gilmour, Tom Petty, ZZ Top, Joe Bonamassa, BB King, SRV, etc. I'm starting to like some country like Brooks and Dunn, Alan Jackson, Dierks Bentley. Willing to try more eclectic stuff too. Sorry, but no interest in playing Bluegrass, Christian, Gospel or Heavy Metal.
