About

I might be moving to the South Shore area in Massachusetts for my day gig. If so, I'll be looking to gig 2-3 nights, during the week (no Fridays or weekends). This may be in the January-March 2013 time frame. I play Standup acoustic and Ampeg fretless basses, can sing leads/harmonies, and would be interested in an acoustic or electric duo, trio, 4-5 piece blues/rock/folk gig. Not looking to go on the road...been there, done that...I'm also into soundtrack composition, production, indie, experimental, avante garde, ambient, meditation, e-clectronic, jazz, gypsy, blues, r&b, classical, old rock 'n roll, new rock 'n roll, old wave, new wave, permanent wave, swing, reggae, acoustic, electric, improvisational, nature, human, synthetic, sensual...love hazmat modine, steve ditzell, amanda kaletsky, marcello lavorgna, terri lee, mercy choir, pretty much any bass player - especially carol kaye...have played, toured, recorded, shared stage with Jake & the Family Jewels, The Stormin' Norman & Suzy Band, The 1917 Jazz Band, Big Easy Rhythm Jazz Band, The Blake Street Gut Band, The Phabulous Pheromones, The New Haven Civic Orchestra, Karen & The Pistons, The Convertibles, The Barrelhouse Boys, NRBQ, Carol Leigh, Ruth Brisbane
