Consisting of three former members of The Eversea, Bourne was formed in the spring of 2013 by Joe Cook and Clay Taranto. Having renewed confidence and inspiration to write music, the group decided to pick up where they had left off under a new name.
Musically, Bourne draws influences mainly from the alternative scene of the 90s. By mixing that with the elements of melodic rock from the 70s and 80s, Bourne creates a sound that is unique and diverse. Having written many songs together over the past few years, the members of Bourne are currently promoting their demo*, as well as working on a new EP scheduled for release during the summer of 2013.
