I have been playing for 10 years. I studied at the Mcnally Smith Music Conservatory. Chops are up to date, know my knowledge of the fretboard, as well as theory. Can read charts. Looking for a band in the Chicago area, that is gigging regularly or looking to gig regularly very shortly after attaining a guitar player.

Influences

I love all Music, however my biggest influences are Reggae, I love reggae, especially old roots reggae. I love Jazz, miles davis, charlie parker, barney kessel, thelonious monk,etc. I love rock music and blues. I am also versed and enjoy very much music from the east (india and nepal) as well as different latin, and brazilian grooves. I can play with anytime of band these are just a few that I prefer to listen to/ play.

EQUIPMENT

I have a les paul classic, and a Jackson Soloist. I play out of a fender blues deluxe. I have a few standard pedals, however I prefer a straight guitar tone to a heavily effected one. Although I do like to play dub and electronic music where effects are pretty crucial.
