I began working in music when I started my performing arts company in 2004. I compose my own material but love doing covers. I've performed before large audiences (200+) at several different venues in the Rio Grande Valley, and I've collaborated with some of the area's most talented musicians. My experience as a stage director made me realize how important intensity and passion are to performing live. During the day, I'm the editor of Festiva, the region's most established entertainment publication.

Influences:

I started off singing country but now I lean toward pop/rock. For not ever had any training, I think I've developed an interesting style. Vocalists I admire are Cyndi Lauper, Rufus Wainwright, Nina Simone, the guy from The Fray, Ryan Adams, George Michael, Ann Wilson of Heart, Kate Bush and Maxwell.
