Brian grew up in Hernando,MS. He got his first guitar when he was 8 years old and never put it down. When he was 10 he started playing the piano. When asked which he loved better he said, probably the guitar, but loves the piano. He has been playing and writing over 32 years. He enjoys playing live and recording his original music.
Brian has played in many different bands growing up and loves traveling and playing. He recently traveled to Houston,TX to audition for Americas Got Talent. Brian has said in the past that he just wants to be able to entertain and have fun doing it.
Brian is a very blessed person in many ways. About two years ago he was in the hospital for over two months with pancreatitis. At one point the doctors said he may not make it because it was so bad. Brian could not eat or drink for over two months and was hooked up to many IV's and tubes. They were finally able to do surgery and he made a full recovery. God has a plan for Brian and that plan Brian stated is his music.
Brian is currently in the studio recording a CD and hopefully will finish it by the end of June. The first two singles are already out. One of Brian's singles is entitled "Last Plea for Help". Brian wrote and recorded this song for Humane Societys and dog rescue groups. He hopes that this will encourage more people to adopt or donate to these organizagions. His single CD is at The Humnae Society of Memphis and Shelby County and he is donating all proceeds back to the Humane Sociery.
Brian has played at many different venues such as Minglewood Hall, The New Daisy on Beale, The Refuge at Lakeland and The Spot in Hernando,MS just to name a few.
Brian loves giving back his music and has also played at "LeBonheur Childrens Hospital" and "The Ronald McDonald house" for the Children. Brian was recently on FOX 13 Good Morning Memphis talking about his music and playing.
