My band Dead letter is MELODIC Orchestral Black metal. We have our own sound though, and do not sound like our influences. We use a more standard song structure, with shorter song length than traditional black metal. We dont focus on Minor key, we liberaly use Major key and Minor. We use horns and strings as well as sampling. Our singer mixes 3 singing styles into his method.
We have 13 songs for our demo, profesional contacts(Chimeras producer, and jeigermiester tour), profesional attitude and work ethic. All members have opened for national acts ranging from Rage against the machine to Sepultura in prior bands. LIke minded and skilled need only apply.

Drummer: Our ideal drummer would mix Black metal/Death metal and Jazz/prog. Double bass is required, creativity helpfull and the desire to make it on a national level~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Bass player: Melody is very very important as the songs have been writen for the bass and guitar to switch off carrying the melody...ala Faith no more.
