About

I would like to say that first and foremost, I am a musician. Music is at the core of who I am. In every waking minute and every night's slumber, music fills my atmosphere with the rhythm of my own life. I write every one of my songs in the hope that I might someday at the very least, relate how I see the world around me to others.

Influences

Most of my influences in music come from a time when music was actually music. Of course I'm talking about music ranging from the medieval ages through the late 1980s. I was classically trained on the violin so my tastes derive from western classical music. Aside from my classical roots, my discovery of 1970s rock gave me the boost I needed to create my own style of music. Bands such as: Kansas, Styx, Thin Lizzy, Def Leppard, Survivor, and Gary Moore to name a few, opened my eyes to a whole new side of the musical world.
