ABOUT

Castaway Music Studios is a state of the art recording facility with a relaxed creative atmosphere. We offer multitrack HD recording, mixing, mastering, 5.1 surround sound capabilities, custom music creation, and now offering recording contracts, music publishing, and music video creation. The space has two live tracking rooms (room A 18’x28’ and room B 13’x14’) and a separate 20’x15’ control room with access to an incredible 60’x90’ sound stage. With our partner, Bluewater Media, we are also able to handle all aspects of any artist’s career from website design, social media optimization, custom merchandise, video and photo shoots, etc.

The basic room rental comes with an operator which is responsible for placing microphones and instruments, essentially acting as an assistant to the person leading the session. There is an additional charge for an engineer which will set levels, record the session, make creative decisions, add plugins during recording, and mix the session. We also offer producers if you need help writing or creating music.

Band Single Package $300 — one song completely recorded, mixed, and mastered. No limit on number of tracks. Half day of recording time, half day for editing, mixing, and mastering. Photo shoot at studio and HD video recording of session.

Band EP Package $1000 — four songs completely recorded, mixed, and mastered. No limit on number of tracks. Full day of recording time, two full days for editing, mixing, and mastering. Photo shoot at studio and HD video recording of sessions. (thats $250 per song)

Band Album Package $2500 — up to ten songs completely recorded, mixed, and mastered. No limit on number of tracks. Three days of recording time, five days for editing, mixing, and mastering. Photo shoot at studio and HD video recording of sessions. (thats $250 per song)

Hip Hop / R&B Single Package $125 — one song completely recorded, mixed, and mastered. Client provides stereo track or beats. Two hours of recording time for vocals and select instruments, two hours for editing, mixing, and mastering.

Hip Hop / R&B EP Package $450 — four songs completely recorded, mixed, and mastered. Client provides stereo track or beats. Six hours of recording time for vocals and select instruments, six hours for editing, mixing, and mastering.

Hip Hop / R&B Album Package $1000 — up to ten songs completely recorded, mixed, and mastered. Client provides stereo track or beats. One full day of recording time for vocals and select instruments, one day for editing, mixing, and mastering.

Mastering Services $50 — mastering fee per single. Multi track discounts available.

Last Friday Special — last Friday of every month all hourly prices are 50% off.
