Hey, my name is Collin Banter, and I am a twenty year old tenor vocalist and song writer who plays a bit of acoustic guitar. Music has always been a major part of my life and a passion that has remained constant. With that said, I have always dreamed of forming a band… Today, I’m finally taking the first step to doing so!
Do you get overwhelmed when you hear an incredible song with strong lyrics and a powerfully moving sound? Are you located close to Roanoke,VA? If so, I am looking for a Bass Guitarist, two Electric Guitarist, and a Drummer. The style of music I am going for is best described by a few songs that I’d love to do: “Life 11” by A Day To Remember – I love a ton of their stuff! – and “Your Guardian Angel” by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. Both of these songs are extremely moving and intense, and that is the kind of music that I eventually want to create with a band! If you can also sing for background vocals or scream some, that is a major plus.
