About

I'm a 20-year-old guitarist and singer. I've written a LOT of songs (and even more half-written ones), and I'm looking for the right people to form a band. I've studied jazz guitar formally, so I know theory and I have a trained ear. (I'm also a Jazz Performance Major at FIU in Miami.) The music I am looking to create should have a heavy foundation in improvisation, but know that I am certainly also a fan of good, thoughtful composition. Other than that, the 'genre' or style of the band do not matter to me, as I hope to be as eclectic as possible. The songs I write tend to have a 'progressive' quality to them, and I am very open to others' creative input, so as to have a fusion of our styles and influences. I write lyrics and vocal melodies, and I sing.
