ABOUT

Please email me at crkaszuba at echoes dot net (Sorry to spell it out, but I don't want spam).

Hello, my name is Charlie. I am 29 and I am an experienced guitarist of 20 years. Along with my guitar playing skills, I am also a male vocalist with a bass range that can just about come close to a tenor range, but I am not a tenor. I can provide lead or back-up vocals for a band. As far as lead vocals go, my voice is well suited for alternative rock/pop punk music.

NOTE: The track on my profile page features me on guitar and back-up vocals, not lead. This was a song from my last band.

NOTE: Before I go any further into an explanation, serious inquiries only! Please read my description carefully and only contact if you can offer what I am looking for.

I am a very committed musician with a strong work ethic. My hard work and dedication to music has earned me many accolades over the span of my career and has brought me much enjoyment to my craft. I am a leader and have strong, personal qualities. I like to accomplish things in a proper amount of time and will help lead others to as well.

I am looking to connect with serious musicians to be in a pop/rock/Top 40 cover band that performs in the Greater Scranton area and hopefully outside of the area too. My preference is strictly to be in a cover band that is already established in the area, has proper contacts, performs and rehearses on a weekly basis, and is a collaborative group built on foundations of strong character, good morals, dedication, professionalism, and open-mindedness. Having fun overall while conducting yourself professionally both on and off stage is very important to me.

My 20-year career has taken me in many directions. It has allowed me to research and connect with other musicians, or others with an occupation in the music industry. It has also allowed me to expand on my potentials by learning other instruments such as the bass and drums. I also gained proper experience to professionally record audio in a studio environment by working with producers, engineers, etc.

I hope to speak with someone soon about the possibilities of setting up an audition for an available guitarist position so I can share more of my personal experiences and showcase my abilities. Again, serious inquiries based on my expectations only. Also, when contacting me, please provide the name of your band and any links so that I may be able to understand more about your group. I would greatly appreciate that information. Thank you! Have a great day!
