I am a female singer looking for a band.
I've been in a school choir from 7th grade to my senior year of high school, but choral arrangements isn't what I'm looking for.
It's difficult to explain what style I like to perform.
I DO NOT want to be a "pretty, frilly" female vocalist. I'm more about the "in-your-face" style of singing. Really, I'm flexible.
I have a wide range from low-alto to a mid-soprano.
Favorite bands include: LCD Soundsystem, Talking Heads, Modest Mouse, Crystal Castles, Mayhem, Nine Inch Nails, Early-Red Hot Chili Peppers, Friendly Fires, Hot Chip, Depeche Mode, Daft Punk, Early-Fall Out Boy, Glitch Mob, Gorillaz, Justice, Miike Snow, and Train. :^) So a little bit of everything.
Not experienced in any electronical equipment, but I would like to learn.
