I've been hosting karaoke on Beale St. for about a year now, and it has oddly enough created friendships with many local and national musicians who all have continued to encourage me actually put a group together. This is something I've wanted since I was a little girl, not sound cliche but it's true, it was my obsession for the longest time, then people beat me down and discouraged my dreams...but now, I feel it's the right time to do something that I want and that be apart of something more than...well what I have now.
On a side note, I write lyrics so I'm not completely worthless as a 'musician', my modesty is rather suffocating at times but this is a delicate thing im doing :)
