ABOUT

I'm a working screenwriter and director but also an Emmy-Nominated singer-songwriter on the side. I have a rock band I'm trying to revamp and expand. We play all originals. We've recently been playing out as a trio at a coffee house on the west side of LA owned by Bob Dylan, but we're looking for a rhythm section to hook up with. Influences

My influences as a songwriter are the Beatles, the Stones, Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young Wilco, Radiohead, the Low Anthem, Iron & Wine and Bon Iver. But I'm also a huge Hendrix fan.

Members Of Band

I write, sing, and play mostly acoustic guitar. I have a piano player-heyboardist I've worked with for 5 years, and a lead guitarist I've worked with for two years. We're looking for a drummer and a bass player, and possibly an additional percussionist. But here's the catch. We all have jobs, and don't need to make money from the band. We're ideally looking for other musicians like ourselves- ex-pros or near-pros who are gainfully employed, but wish to be in a band that rehearses on the weekends, and plays live shows every few months, for the exhilaration and joy of it. (We're also sober, fyi.)
