ABOUT

I play in a few different groups at the moment. I am lead singer and rhythm guitarist for Flying Blind and play a bunch of different instruments and sing backup for the Jessica Saenz Band.

I am primarily a vocalist and rhythm guitarist, though I'm also quite comfortable on cajon and have some skills on piano, trumpet, and other hand percussion instruments as well.

Looking to join or form a project or two. Open to doing covers or originals. I'm quite strong at writing progressions and have a good background in theory but not much of a lyricist. I'm interested in a a wide variety of styles, but I think my ideal would mesh parts of my favorites - acoustic, classic rock, jazz/soul/r&b and vocal harmonies.

I've also got a good handle on sound reinforcement, though I'm not a pro by any means.

Influences

Everything. Classical music, jazz, soul, r&b, some rap, classic rock, country, some pop. Probably more.

EQUIPMENT

Ibanez and Taylor acoustics, and a Bose system. Good for duo stuff and small venues. Playing full band gigs would require more sound gear than I have.
