About
I am a 59 year old musician. Started playing guitar at 13 years old. Bass II lead vocalist(do a wide range mix)... Everything from Blues to Bluegrass,and Folk to Country. and some Rock to Psychedelic and also Gospel. Selections include music from 1950-1990. >>>>We currently need a BASS PLAYER, w/ high tenor or even alto range background vocals to round out the band. However I would also consider adding also blues harpist ,sax and any of the others listed to the band. Already have rythum guitar,lead guitarists and drummer in place and will be booking steady weekend work once we get going. We will do open mikes and like to play for the fun of it too.

Influences
Some of my favorites (but not in any particular order) include Johnny Cash,Tom Paxton,Weavers,Byrds,Dylan,Band,Grateful Dead,Hot Tuna,Stones,Leadbelly,CCR,Beatles,NRPS,Hank Williams Sr,(and Jr) Lovin Spoonful,Pink Floyd (We are basically covering wide variety of 50's,60's,70's,80's songs thru present day). Also have some originals we will be doing as well.

We are looking for a bass guitarist who can add high tenor/alto harmonies.
We will be performing wide variety selection of songs both acoustic and electric for small to medium size venues. Planning on starting gigs in soon. We will include some originals as well. Most songs from 1950's upwards thru 1980's era. Please Note: WE DON'T DO ANY RAP OR HIP HOP or HEAVY METAL stuff.
