Hey, nice to have you here!

I'm a PhD student at CU, originally from Brazil, and I'm looking for people to play and write music together. I want to write dynamic, compelling songs, pending to the heavier side, but clean/acoustic songs or passages are also great. I'm mostly seeking people to exercise my creativity and materialize the riffs and song ideas I've amassed over the years, together with their own ideas.

Gigging eventually would be nice, but I don't think I can commit to something too serious (such as touring), as it would probably not fit in my schedule as a researcher.

I mostly play and write stuff in D-tuning and its variants (Drop C, Drop A). I like to alternate between groovy, melodic riffs and sharp, fast, atonal parts. I also love to play with time signatures and experiment with different styles in the same song.
