In a band looking for a drummer. The band utilizes many different colors to tell a musical story and goes from one end to the spectrum to the other (you could draw parallels to bands like Weather Report and Primus). In a drummer we seek someone who can play with feeling, creativity, and energy. In auditioning drummers in the past, all have been scared by the freedom we gave them to create their own sound and groove, so an interested drummer must not be afraid to take chances without always asking for permission.
