I have played in numerious bands since a very early age starting in the late 50's, 70-80's I have a wide range of musical abilitys, plus I am a copy-written Lyricist with a ton of un-published as well as published material.
I Retired from the Govt. stopped playing for 20 yrs to raise my Family. I have taught my younger Son 15 to play Drums as well, and at present I have 2 Acoustic Slingerland Kits 1960-1980 series.
I practice almost daily on a Roland V-tec Electric kit I incorperated with 50-Watt amp monitor system ran through a Behringer 802 Board. I have used this to teach my son, and find it useful until he has established a group of his own. At that time I had planned to rebuild the Slingerlands.
If you are interested in jamming together to see if we "Click" and share the same musical connections, lets set up a day and time for a session. If all is well and benificial, I will re-vamp (new heads) the Slingerland Kits for Paying Gigs.
