Hey 'Yall, My name is Tommy Mitchell...my friends Call me "Coot". I grew up playing my guitar on the riverbank, Lake Murray, several different countries while deployed in the military for the last 20 years(workin' on 21 years now) at the hunt club and wherever good friends gathered for fun. I'm a showman and I love a good crowd having a good time. I recently took my show to the clubs and i'm getting great reviews but I need more depth, more personalities to make music and money with and have a great time doing it.Message me here or on Myspace, and God Bless the Steel Guitar and Fiddle. If you are the type that is content with playing the same 'ol songs because, "thats what everybody wants to hear", go ahead...just be average. Now don't get me wrong...I love some of those same 'ol songs and heck, thats what pays the bills, Its just that I believe every band should work toward creating an identity for themselves.
