I am in a working string strio. Have studied with excellent teachers and practice 3-4 hours daily. I teach violin and viola and tune pianos for a living, along with gigging.
My background is classical, but I love the blues and classic rock - the good stuff I grew up with.

Influences:

Rolling Stones, BB King, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Bach, Mozart, Vivaldi, Albinoni, and anyone else with real musical sensibility. I am open minded, and want to do original, well-crafted songs for a serious recording project. Serious inquires only.

Equipment List:

Me and my violin. I do not have an amp - but can go electric pretty easily if the need arises.

Members Of Band:

At this point, I do about 20 gigs per year at the better venues in Newport - all Weddings. Looking to branch out into decent clubs with serious musicians who can improvise and are able to rehearse once per week. Skill and talent more important than age, but am seeking those in my general age group. (I am 52, but don't look a day over 80)
