Band to Join.

ABOUT

47 yr old Bass Player. Just getting back into music after layoff. Would like to form or join a band with people of similar interest. Classic rock, Blues,Southern Rock,.. very open musically. Would like to play out a couple times a month. Not interested in players who are way too caught up with having to play cover tunes exactly like the original artist. Unless the song has to be note for note I believe that if you cover the signature parts with a little room for your own voiceing it will not compromise the song at all. Not interested in players who are overly impressed with themselves either. I am 47 and I want to enjoy playing music and will put in the work on my part to produce a tight & fun band. Please NO Mustang Sally & Smoke on the Water, Takin Care of 'Bizness'
Great tunes but every classic rock band plays them. There are too many songs to choose from to prevent from sounding like the rest!! Thanks for reading!
