Professional Drummer with 20 years experience, very adaptable to many types of music. I've played with numerous bands, ranging from punk to pop to techno to heavy metal and even to bluegrass. For live, I adapt to the exact style and look a band is going for and I often change my drum setup to look unique for a group too. I can play dynamically or balls-to-the-wall hard-hitting, straight 4 or complex time signatures, play to a click/backing tracks, trigger electronics (either on your equipment or mine) and I usually learn a song by hearing it once or twice. I practice everyday in my home studio, which is record ready, and can just send you tracks and takes if you're tying to make new material and would prefer a real drummer instead of programed beats. I have extensive studio/live experience, enjoy getting involved in songwriting and was voted Best Drummer in the Midwest (2006) while I lived in Chicago. I'm also really good at learning an entire set on short notice in the event the original can't make it.
