Influences
The "Seizure 69" influences range from Pink Floyd to Megadeth in scope. Both Damon Savich and guitarist, Jim "Ab" Abercrombie, come from Heavy Metal/Prog Rock backgrounds, with the latter being a founding member of several bands, including "KROSS", "Mamahead", "Uncle Fletcher", "Four Star Daydream" and the infamous "Planet Baby Monkey"! As lifelong friends, Damon and Ab wrote their first song together in 1983, when Ab was acting as "engineer" for an early "Slasher" demo tape. Coming together in both 2001 and 2005 under the bandname "Seizure 69", they compiled a monster list of over 40 original songs, which are currently being remixed, remastered, and released as back catalog items. The duo are also in production on two (2) new projects: "Seizure 69 - Gemini Project" and "The Lowered - Can't Help You Now!"
EQUIPMENT
Damon Savich uses Sennheiser microphones and is sponsored by Zildjian cymbols. Jim Abercrombie is endorsed by Parker Guitars. Both have an extensive array of musical instruments and touring gear, with Damon's home studio boasting a full size DW Drum kit with Gibralter rack and Zildjian cymbols. The group is currently seeking a competent Rock Drummer who need not have his own setup, though it is preferred that he/she does!

Spirit of the Past
Spirit of the Past Track number: 6 Year: 2005 Album: Seizure 69 - Forgotten Son Genre: Metal
This is a slower song, a la early Judas Priest (Sad Wings era). It is about getting together with a lifelong Love that never has been consummated!

Point of Impact
Point of Impact Track number: 1 Year: 1986 Album: Iscariot - The Sharpest Sword Genre: Metal
This is a blast from the past! The opening salvo from "Iscariot - The Sharpest Sword" in the form of "Point of Impact"... a song we literally threw together in a single writing session when "Iscariot" was in full tilt action! Dietrick Hardwick - Guitars, Arr.; Brian Howell - Bass, Arr.; Craig Nudo - Drums & Percussion... and yours truly on the vocals/lyrics/arr. duties.

Living to Die
Living to Die Track number: 3 Year: 1986 Album: Iscariot - The Sharpest Sword Genre: Classic Rock
This is another slow song, from ancient times! This is the classic "Iscariot" lineup, and one of the favorite songs from our "live" set. For musical notes, see the "Point of Impact" comments! It's basically Me, Brian Howell, Dietrick Hardwick, and Craig Nudo... jammin' man!

In a Different Light (Shadow's Heart)
In a Different Light (Shadow's Heart) Track number: 12 Year: 1991 Album: Iscariot - The Serpent's Kiss EP Genre: Metal
This one is from an unfinished set of songs "Iscariot" recorded toward the end of our reign of terror! At this time, we were about to change the bandname to "Mindcage" (an entity now owned by guitarist Dietrick Hardwick)... and this was recorded long after our nucleus had exploded! It features John Crowther on drums (instead of Craig Nudo)... and this is a working mix by Cat McLean at A Brown Sound, Marin, CA. circa 1991

Estranged
Estranged Track number: 7 Year: 1991 Album: Iscariot - The Serpent's Kiss EP
Another track mixed by Cat McLean for the unfinished "Iscariot - The Serpent's Kiss" EP. Plans to remaster this and other older "Slasher" and "Iscariot" tracks are being negotiated!

Where Are You, Eleanor Rigby?
Where Are You, Eleanor Rigby? Track number: 10 Year: 2012 Album: Endless Dream - What Has Been Before Genre: Classic Rock
This is a track I put together with the amazing guitarist, Frank Guiles, as we set out to revive our old theatrical band, "Endless Dream". We didn't quite get the project to the Mastering phase... but maybe someday. The song is about the mid 1980's Mod/Pop singer, Eleanor Rigby, who disappeared at the height of her career. Samples of actual E.R. tracks were used in this particular mix. It's very rough, but you get the idea. I sing and Frank plays the guitars and bass, plus keys. We collaborated on the drum programming.

There is No Dream
There is No Dream Track number: 4 Year: 2012 Album: Endless Dream - What Has Been Before Genre: Classic Rock
This is another "Endless Dream" unfinished sweet by Frank Guiles and myself, just before I broke my foot and the whole project fell apart. Maybe someday soon we can get together to finish it up and master these!!

Life (The Legacy)
Life (The Legacy) Track number: 5 Year: 2012 Album: Endless Dream - What Has Been Before Genre: Classic Rock
Another unfinished track from Frank Guiles and myself. We were on the right track, but got derailed before Mastering these.

The Balance
The Balance Track number: 9 Year: 1997 Album: Slasher - The Balance Genre: Classic Rock
This one was done as part of the second incarnation of "Slasher", my band with Sally Procter in California during the 1980s. It is actually, myself, Dietrick Hardwick and Craig Nudo from "Iscariot" playing with Sally on bass. She hired us to revamp the old tunes while we were working on our own album project "Metamorphosis Odyssey", which never saw light of day. I will be putting up a tribute site for Sally soon, in conjunction with her daughter, Marty. In the meantime... here's a very audibly challenging mix, indeed! Hope you can stand it!!
