I've been playing music for my whole life. I was a music major so I read and know theory. I'm currently in an eclectic rock band called The Medicine Makers, mainly playing rhythm guitar and keys and a little bass, but I really want to play more bass. The current band doesn't take up much time so I've got room for another project.
Ideally I'd like to join a black metal, progressive metal, or metal core band, but I'm open to pretty much anything rock or funk-ish, cover bands included. You don't have to pay me, and I guarantee no drama drinking or drugs. I know the function of the bassist and I'm not gonna try to showboat, just to lay down some solid grooves.
